How do you figure out what your culture is and how your employees behave? There are many ways to get to this and various processes you can use to unearth and define your culture and behaviors.
This module is for companies that currently are in the Sweet Spot. This is the stage between start-up and a scale-up. There’s more than the founding team, the company is funded, there’s proven market fit, and you are about to really scale up. That’s the place where Janet spent most of her career, and the stage that Scott and her will focus most of their attention on.

In the fourth module, you will learn how to design archetypes and management relationships.
Gaining insights into building layers in your company will be tackled by Janet - who, as Twitter's first VP of HR, grew the team from 50 to 600 people.
You will also learn about the relationships of the executives with their Board of Directors and the evolution of their roles. Finally, you will learn about the importance of the cultural dimension of performance (as opposed to focussing on financial rewarding).
